I keep on planting new saplings...

This year 2014 autumn, i've planted almost 20 saplings...

I wish all people plant one in a year at least in Sapling Planting Day which is 10 November...

Why 10 November is Sapling Planting Day :

The founder of the Turkish Republic Mustafa Kemal Atatürk was dead on 10 November 1938. And he was fond of trees. For example : in Ankara There's a forest name "Atatürk Orman Çiftliği" It was a desert and he turned that area to a forest... Thanks... We'll never forget you... Every where of the world will be a forest. And as your wish even blind people will realize that they are in green.... Once he moved a building just to not to cut the tree...
And he has a saying "Land without forest can't be a homeland"

In izmir and Turkey, one of the serious problem that disturbs me is the town planning. As you'll realise even in grave yard. You can't get to the grave you'll visit easily. Because the other grave will dike u. There's no planning even in new grave yards. So in the city, u'll see the same mentality. Many dead end streets make your life difficult. And also because of every building is so close to each other. City can not breath. All the windows of the apartments look to eachother. And it's annoying. So my city is sweltered city. But i was in Moscow ones. And i admire their mentality. How the city is now. And how it enlarges... Everywhere bigger parks than ours park (Zeki Müren Park) And city is fresh and full of oxygen.

I plant trees to city centers as well as i can. And here i share the photo of the public garden Zeki Müren's garden in Konak. I try to turn it and my city to a jungle.

PS: Who is Zeki Müren? He's one of the greatest compositor and singer of Turkey. He composed and sang Turkish Classical Music. All country likes and respects his songs and his voices.

Here, Some of the trees i planted in izmir city, would like to share with u...

 I planted that tree 2 years before and still it's chunk. So as u see. Growing up the trees is so difficult, please when u see a minor fire in any field call the fire department immediately. (in turkey call:177)

And this tree is near one of my friend's grave. I plant tree when s.o. i know born and s.o. after death. To make the world a better place to live... And as for me. Everyone should plant every year 10 trees. We should take it as it's our duty. Let's pay our debts to the world...

people supply their drinking water all time in year, from this tap. It comes out from the inside of the mountain in Narlıdere. Which water remains, goes back to mountain and passes near by my tree and disappears.
